Unfortunately, this is not always an easy cut-and-dry decision to make. The sun can be shining, and the wind be calm where you are, but not in other parts of the area. We do not live with our horses inside of the State Park. We have to travel over mountain passes, which might not be clear enough to safely allow large trucks & trailer with animals to pass. The State Park is also a separate entity that has their own difficulties preparing for visitors & vendors safely. It’s been a wonderful, beautiful Winter!! but It would be incomplete if I didn’t add, It has been difficult as well…
